1. Scope of Service

Comfort Cool Air Pvt. Ltd. provides distribution, installation, and maintenance services for Mitsubishi Heavy Duty HVAC systems. All product specifications, availability, and pricing displayed on this website are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Quotations and Payments

• All project quotations are valid for the period specified in the official document.

• Payments for HVAC units, OEM spare parts, and "Superb Service" contracts must be made as per the agreed-upon milestones.

• We reserve the right to withhold service or delivery in the event of payment delays.

3. Warranty and Authorizations

• All warranties on Split, Cassette, Ductable, Tower AC, and VRF systems are provided directly by the manufacturer (Mitsubishi Heavy Duty/IAPL Group).

• Comfort Cool Air Pvt. Ltd. facilitates warranty claims but is subject to the manufacturer’s terms, conditions, and inspection reports.

• Use of non-genuine parts or unauthorized third-party repairs will void all warranties.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos (including the SAINI AUTO and Comfort Cool Air branding), and technical infographics, are the intellectual property of Comfort Cool Air Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

5. Installation and Site Conditions

• Customers must ensure that the site is ready for HVAC infrastructure development as per the technical requirements provided by our engineers.

• We are not liable for delays caused by site unreadiness, electrical fluctuations, or civil work handled by third-party contractors.

6. "Superb Service" & Maintenance (AMC)

• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are governed by specific service level agreements.

• Maintenance visits must be scheduled in advance. "Superb Service" technicians will only use genuine OEM parts for all repairs to ensure system integrity.

7. Limitation of Liability

Comfort Cool Air Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the HVAC systems, or for any loss of business due to system downtime.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Anand, Gujarat.
